A series of follies sharing the same theme as the local context, presenting a fictional fishing village story in K.T. mainly harnessing the traditional fishing village life, adding on to the existing modern developments around the site as well.​The story is connected in a network of constellations from a centre axis borrowed from the Shah Bandar Square.
